Why This Resource Exists
Chattahoochee County does not expose every court record through one universal public search box. The county clerk site sends users to Case Search, whose visible Icon page asks for a UserID and password rather than showing an unauthenticated name or case-number form. The same site publishes calendar PDFs, while Georgia Courts E-Access routes Chattahoochee Superior users to account-based providers. These routes are not interchangeable: a calendar can show a setting without the full docket, and an e-filing or document account does not promise every court or year.
The local record map also has separate custodians. Tami Wade is identified with the Clerk of Superior Court, Juvenile, and Magistrate clerk functions at 379 Broad Street. Probate and Vital Records use a separate office and phone line at the same street address. The research-backed links here distinguish those offices, the public calendar index, vendor access, and written requests instead of treating them as one statewide case database.

What We Cannot Do
This is an independent, privately run reference resource. It is not connected to a Chattahoochee County court, the Clerk of Superior Court, Tami Wade, Probate Court, Magistrate Court, Juvenile Court, or a Georgia state agency. There are real limits to what it can provide:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some content pages include search tools or links operated by outside providers. Those companies set their own prices, account rules, retention practices, and results. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports the resource, but it does not make the provider an official Chattahoochee County court service. The county clerk, the relevant court, or the separate Probate office remains the source for an official record, current setting, or certified copy.
